Log a training session

Required fields need an explicit entry. Optional context can be added below.

Quick entry assumes the same repetitions and external load for every set. Use a consistent total-load convention; bodyweight is not estimated.

Effort and context (optional)

Recorded as entered. No scale interpretation or training advice.

Method, populations and limitations

Volume is the sum of repetitions × external load across entered sets. Units are converted for arithmetic; each record also shows the original chosen unit. Charts keep exercises and units separate; a shared name does not establish identical technique, equipment, range of motion or effort.

Bodyweight/unweighted sets and unknown loads have no fabricated volume. RPE and notes are shown as entered. No benchmark, progression prescription or injury-risk estimate is provided.
