How this works, sources and limits

Original organizer · method TFB-AP-1.0

This summary organizes what you choose to record. It does not interpret symptoms, identify a menopause stage or recommend treatment. It is not MRS, MENQOL or a validated questionnaire. Review the wording before sharing it with your healthcare professional.

Exact dates are sorted chronologically. Dates marked unknown remain explicitly unknown, after dated observations; approximate wording is kept without invented precision. Missing context and impact are reported as not recorded. Up to three selected observations and three questions form the concise summary. All recorded observations remain in the full JSON file.

Input changes, imports and resets invalidate the previous summary. Print and TXT require a freshly built summary. JSON is an editable record, not a diagnosis or a clinical document.
