Privacy Policy

The five educational tools work in your browser. They do not send the information you enter to WordPress, a health-data service or an analytics service. You choose whether to keep a copy on this device.
Default: current-page memory
Without opting in to saving, entries stay in the open page. Reloading or closing that page clears its in-memory entries. A tool does not create an account, cloud health record or cross-device backup.
Optional: remember on this device
If you select Remember on this device, that tool saves a copy in this browser’s local storage. The copy can return when you reopen the tool on the same browser profile and site address. It is not automatically erased when you close the page, and there is no scheduled expiry. It does not sync across devices or automatically refresh another open tab.
This is not an encrypted health-record service. Other people with access to the same browser profile may be able to see the saved information. Avoid saving sensitive entries on shared or public devices.
Change, clear or delete
- Editing or deleting an individual entry changes this tool’s current log and, when saving is enabled and available, its saved copy.
- Clear input fields leaves an existing log intact. Clear calculation (protein) or Clear summary and inputs (GLP-1) clears those inputs and that single result, including the opted-in saved copy when saving succeeds.
- Delete all data asks for confirmation, clears this tool’s current entries, attempts to remove its current and older saved copies from this browser, and turns off remembering.
- Browser storage can be blocked or unavailable. The tool reports saving or deletion failures rather than promising success. A saved copy may remain after a failed deletion; you can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
Turning off Remember on this device attempts to remove the current-format saved copy while leaving the current page entries usable. An older-format copy, if present, remains separate until you use Delete all data or clear it through browser settings. Turning off remembering does not erase downloaded or printed copies. A tool’s deletion action cannot delete another device’s data, another browser profile’s copy or files you have already exported.
Imports, downloads and printing
Importing reads a selected file in this browser; the tool does not upload it. Unsupported or invalid files are rejected before replacing current entries. Older saved formats are not silently converted into a new-format log: the tool offers the available older copy for download or explicit deletion.
Export prepares a local JSON file, and printing opens your browser’s print dialog. Protect downloaded files, printed pages and any destination you choose in that dialog. They are outside the tool’s delete controls.
Enter less
Do not enter names, addresses, medical-record numbers, account identifiers or details you do not need for your own observation. These tools are educational and non-diagnostic, not monitored clinical services. Read the medical disclaimer and each tool’s methodology before using an output.
Website operation and essential cookies
Our WordPress site is hosted by Kinsta and uses its delivery and security infrastructure, including Cloudflare. These services process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser details and security events to deliver pages, protect the site and investigate faults. Search terms submitted through website search form part of the request URL and may appear in technical logs. Do not put personal health information into site search.
Administrator sign-in uses WordPress authentication cookies. Tool entries are not stored in cookies. Security services may use essential cookies when a security check is needed. Fonts and editorial images are hosted with the site; we do not embed advertising trackers or social-media feeds.
Email and information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use Google Workspace to handle business email. We use correspondence to respond to requests, investigate problems and maintain necessary business records. Please send only the information needed for your request and avoid medical records or other identifying health details.
Analytics and other collection
Google Analytics, advertising trackers, newsletter subscriptions, public accounts, comment submissions, checkout and public contact forms are not active at launch. Google Search Console provides search-performance and indexing reports; it does not add a visitor tracking tag to the site. If we introduce additional collection, this policy and any required choices will be updated before it starts. We do not sell tool entries or use them for advertising.
Service providers, retention and location
Hosting, security and email providers process information to operate the services described above. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where those providers operate. We keep correspondence and operational records as needed to handle requests, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. Browser-saved tool entries have no automatic expiry; the deletion controls described above remain under your control.
Your choices and requests
You can use the tools without opting into browser storage, clear this site’s data in your browser, and manage exported copies yourself. Contact support@thefemalebiohacker.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us, or to ask about privacy. Available rights depend on your location and applicable law. We may need to verify a request without collecting unnecessary information. We cannot retrieve or erase tool data stored only on your device.
External websites and children
Links open sites with their own privacy practices. Tool entries are not added to those links. This publication is intended for adults and does not offer accounts or services directed to children.
